Its clean, upgraded and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is clean and the rooms are immaculate and absolutely perfect. The breakfast is very very good with many options, had fresh food. Location is favourable and excellent, by they way did a superb job checking me in over all everything went great.

Our room was beautifully maintained equipped with a sofa bed as well as the fireplace, paid US$ 149. Outstandingly accommodating staff and the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect.

The location was perfect for hitting the mall nearby. We had the chance to check out some amazing restaurants. We loved the free breakfast and the heated pool was a hit. It was a great base for our adventures!

The only downside was the closet light in our room. It was pretty dark by the closet.

Recommended for families looking for the basics

The breakfast was really busy, but the omelet was surprisingly excellent, and there was plenty of coffee available all morning. Staff was really friendly too, especially Brett at the front desk. He gave us a much needed late checkout.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The sofa bed was a bit messy when we pulled it out, but honestly, that didn't take away from the overall experience. Just a little tip, make sure to check under the couch for any surprises before use 😊

We had a great time relaxing in the clean, comfortable room and loved the delicious breakfast options. The granddaughters especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub access!

A Wonderful Family Escape!

The staff were really nice, we had everything we needed. For a quick dinner, don't miss the Cracker Barrel right next door. Perfect for families visiting with kids!

Great location and clean rooms but tax exemption process was frustrating.

The sheets and towels were fresh without a bleach smell, important for my allergy. The friendly staff were a highlight, particularly when they checked me in and made sure everything was perfect in my executive king room. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The bathroom was dirty, but the indoor pool was relaxing for the family.

The kids enjoyed the pool, super clean and nicely heated. The breakfast spread was good, with plenty of options that kept everyone happy. Plus, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

In my wife's opinion, the sofa bed could use some better bedding for added comfort when kids crash there.

The Executive King Room was neat and well-kept, providing anice and neat space for the night. The friendly staff impressed me with both their greeting and assistance, especially when they offered to check for a lost item after I had checked out. Breakfast had great options, though the area felt a bit overcrowded was good. The heated pool was a highlight of the stay.
